Concepts in the Regulations:
1. Client - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit that is not a legal person, the provisions of which grant special legal capacity, which makes Orders in the Shop;
2. Seller – Company: Hoolay Barbara Szerszeń, Kornela Ujejskiego 27 Street in Piastów, Poland, NIP number: PL 7010009035;
Regulations - these Regulations provide electronic services as part of an online store Hoolay.pl;
4. Online Store (Shop) - Internet service available at www.hoolay.pl through which a customer can submit orders;
Goods - products presented in the online store, scooters, accessories or spare parts;
6. The sales contract - a contract of sale of the Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Hoolay Barbara Szerszeń and the Client, which is entered using the Store web site;
7. Order - the Customer's aimed directly to the conclusion of the sale, specifying in particular the type and quantity of the Goods.
II. General Provisions
II.1 The Regulations specify in particular:
a) the rules for the registration and use of the account in online store;
b) the terms and conditions of the electronic procurement as part of an online store;
II.2. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations guiding Shop reserves the right to limit the provision of services through the Online Store to persons who have not attained the age of 18 years.
II.3. Information about the Goods quoted on the website Shop, in particular their descriptions, technical and performance characteristics and price, are an invitation to contract, within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
II.4 As part of the technical requirements necessary to work with the ICT system in which it operates in order to realize Store purchases, you must have an active e-mail account and the device connected to the Internet,
III.1. Condition to start using the Online Store to register under it.
III.2. Register by completing and accepting the registration form available on one side of the Store.
III.3. Condition of registration, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and to provide personal information marked as obligatory.
III.4. Hoolay Barbara Szerszeń may deprive the right to use the Online Shop, and may limit its access to part or all of the resources online store, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach by the Customer of the Rules and, in particular, when the Client:
a) provided during the registration process online store data untrue, inaccurate or outdated, misleading or violates the rights of third parties,

III.7. The customer is obliged in particular to:
a) not to produce and not passed on content prohibited by law, eg. the contents violent, defamatory or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b) the use of the Online Store without disturbing its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,
c) to refrain from actions such as sending or posting under the Online Store unsolicited commercial (spam)
d) the use of the Online Store without major inconvenience to other clients and for Hoolay
e) use of any content contained in the Online Shop only for personal use,
f) the use of the Online Store in accordance with the provisions in force in the Republic of Polish law, the provisions of the Rules, as well as with the general principles of using the Internet.
IV. The procedure of sale
IV.1. Choose a combination of scooters: frame color, pattern and color on the board and press the button "add to cart"
IV.2. Create your account by completing the registration form
IV.3. Select delivery and payment
IV.4. After the procedure of purchasing you will receive an e-mail with confirmation
IV.5. After payment confirmation, we begin to prepare the order.
V. Delivery and deadlines
V.1. Delivery of Goods is possible to any country, if the local law allows to
V.2. Delivery of Goods ordered the Polish Republic is done by courier.
V.3 Delivery of ordered goods in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Australia and Oceania done through the Polish Post or courier. Prices are set individually for each area.
V.4 The delivery time depends on the availability of materials and the complexity the order. In the window of the product is the estimated delivery time depends on the selected combination.
V.5 Time of delivery on Polish territory is 2 working days. In Europe 4-6 working days, to other areas 10-12 working days. The details of delivery of the Goods are in the "Delivery" located on the Store.
VI. Pricing and payment methods
VI.1. Commodity prices are given in Polish Zloty/Euro/American Dollars/British Pounds and include all components, including VAT (with distinction the rate), customs and any other components.
VI.2. Prices shown in currencies other than Polish zloty are dependent on current exchange rates
VI.3. The customer can pay the payment:

VII. Technical Specifications Hoolay scooters
VII.1 Scooters are made according to the original design Hoolay Barbara Szerszeń
VII.2 Approximate dimensions scooters are on the website in the "close up". Due to the unit, manual production of dimensions may vary slightly from those listed on the site, but any differences do not go beyond the error and have no effect on the functioning of the scooter.
VII.3 customer can order scooters matched to the height (longer or shorter handlebar) if it does not match the basic specification. Handlebar can be 5 cm longer or 5 cm shorter. Such a modification is priced scooters, all other changes are charged extra and priced individually
VII.4 Scooters are available in colours form RAL palette
VIII. The right of withdrawal
VIII.1 Scooters sold through the Store are goods produced according to customer specifications, clearly individualized, therefore, in accordance with Art. EU Directive 2011/83 16 Customer shall have no right to withdraw from the contract.
VIII.2 For other goods - accessories and spare parts, Client, who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22  of the Civil Code, entitled - by law - the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason, making a statement in writing, within 10 days and send it to the Hoolay address given herein.
In case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract shall be considered null and void. What the parties rendered shall be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary in the ordinary course of business. Reimbursement shall be made immediately, but not later than within 14 days.
Goods returned by the customer should be packed in an appropriate way, to ensure no damage during transport delivery.
The cost of packing and returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
IX. Complaints relating to the Goods
IX.1. Claims arising from the infringement of rights guaranteed by law the client, or on the basis of these Regulations, should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org Hoolay Barbara Szerszeń is obligated to consider any complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible to inform the during this period the customer when the complaint will be considered.
X. Complaints in the provision of electronic services
X.1. Hoolay Barbara Szerszeń takes action to ensure proper operation of the fully Shop, in so far as it arises from current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by customers.
X.2. The customer shall immediately notify Hoolay of any irregularity or service interruptions in the functioning Shop.

XI. Final Provisions
XI.1. Settlement of any disputes arising between Hoolay Barbara Szerszeń and the Client who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22  of the Civil Code, shall be subject to the competent courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
XI.2. Settlement of any disputes arising between Hoolay Barbara Szerszeń and the Client who is not a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22  of the Civil Code, the Civil Code, shall be submitted to the competent court for the seat Hoolay Barbara Szerszeń
XI.3. In matters not covered by these Regulations shall apply the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
XI.4. To take advantage of the possibility of an amicable settlement of disputes relating to online shopping, the consumer can submit his complaint, eg. Via the EU's Internet platform ODR, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
